While there are many soaps on the market, there are not many dedicated solely to men’s grooming. In order to meet this need, Beard & Barrel was developed as a prestige brand of soaps that caters to men. The overall brand synthesizes the aesthetic of a vintage barbershop with the refined flair of an aged cask of whiskey. This is further supported by its selection of special whiskey-infused cocktail scents, a key competitive advantage and product distinction.
The project scope included the logo, three soap labels, secondary packaging, and a matching shopping bag. The goal is to establish a distinct voice and image for the product that catches the attention of the consumer and prompts purchase.
